Great day out today, cheers for letting me and the little lad hang out with ye today was nice to meet some folk off here, was my first VW show since my old mk2 so I'm hoping to take in another few this season and I think it's spurred me on to start taking the aul modifying seriously again, even if it is an aul wagon

Good to meet you and the wee lad too. Love his supercharger impressions!

Home now and totally wrecked. Hangover starting the day off at 6am was tough going but worth the effort. Good to see familiar faces and some new faces too.

And on a personal note, a big thank you to Dowdy for picking up a light cluster locally and bringing it along today, fair play Ger!

Don't forget Steve_vdub who was on site before everyone else, even me, this morning, barricading about 100ft of kerb for Autostadt parking with just a single Mk2 and a fierce glint in his eye. Many a man tried to park in the area but many a man thought better of it following the are-you-having-a-laugh glance from Steve and his trusty female sidekick!

Team effort from everyone lads! It was a great day one of the best iv been to all a part of being in the club though. A big well done to John on taking home a bit of silverware today well deserved John the car looked stunning. Kerry the sidekick had a great time too and we're both looking forward to the MLVW show. What a great Limerick show. Thanks to everyone who put the stand together and having me on it. Made some new friends caught up with old ones and put faces to user names. Great to represent Autostadt and bring home the silverwear. Looking forward to MLVW show in mullingar so get out from behind the computer screens dust of the car and head on down. Don't forget to get your Autostadt stickers on.
