Thanks Ion2211.

Guys if anyone else is bringing a passenger can you please let us know as this is primarily needed to make sure sufficient lunches/snacks are available and secondly to make sure Joe gets paid to cover cost (5 per head).
Thanks for your cooperation.

Glad I got up off my behind and rambled up to Stone Motorsports today. Great banter and it was cool to get the tour through the place.

The tour was indeed great. The lads are proud of what they do, it's great to see that.

Well worth the 6am alarm bell lol. I'd never have known my S4 was down in power if I hadn't gone, so I'd likely never have done anything about it. I was already happy with how it pulls, but its nice to know there is ~23bhp still left in it as it is now. And hopefully another 40-50 after that with a remap lol.

Great craic overall and some good bhp figures out of the cars.

The only place I ever saw places like that was on the American shows like Gas Monkey Garage etc on the Discovery Channel! They run a clean shop. The day was very well run from start to finish. Great spread of food and hot drinks. Tara's cakes were fierce tasty as usual too!

No time wasted going through the cars and everyone seemed genuinely interested in hearing a bit of racket from each car!

Highlights were the S4s, the R, the 380bhp Mk5 but a lot of the cars surprised me with the power they put out.

One thing that was repeatedly mentioned by Joe is the petrol in this country and how it's preventing cars from developing that little bit more power. It's a pity but not surprising.

Great day out. I went down for the health check as much as the figures and wasn't disappointed with either.

Thanks to Joe for his time and advice and John for having us,also thanks to Tara for the cakes - top quality as always.

Sounds like a great day was had by all, disappointed that I couldn't make it. Is there
a list of what figures people achieved?

Excellent day yesterday. Again, thanks to Ro, Mike & Neil for organising it, John for having us and for the tour and to Joe. Very good setup in Stone too, like something you'd see on Discovery channel.

Great selection of cars with excellent power outputs. Very happy with what the TTS put out, too.

Thanks to Joe and John for having us, and Mike, Ro, Neil and Steve for organising the day. It was a very well run day as usual guys. As said above, it's amazing to see the level of work going on in Ireland.

Also a special thanks to Tara. The buns were outstanding!

I think everyone should be getting a graph of their power in a few days. My S4 made 238bhp, so I've some work to do to try round up the ponies that have gone astray lol.

Yeah everyone will get a graph of their power figures and we will let people decide if they want to post up the figures themselves. I'd hate to ruin the buzz for people!
