just out of interest, is there any scrutineering involved? Like if you turned up in a stripped out mk1 Jetta that looked like it was pulled from a hedge not long ago with a chimney sticking out of the crudely cut bonnet and the bonnet itself being held down with a rusty spanner would they welcome you amongst the ranks of the lottery-money Italian exotica?
